Changing Seasons…Changing Looks!

October…the most anticipated month in the calendar. Who doesn’t love this time of year, with the beautiful changing leaves, cooler weather that lets us break out our coziest sweaters, and pumpkin spice EVERYTHING. We don’t know about you, but the changing of the seasons always has us itching for a change in ourselves, too—a new attitude, a wardrobe refresh…and a new hairstyle, of course!

It’s no accident that Envy released 10 brand new, on-trend styles and 5 new hair toppers last month, just in time for the switchover to autumn. While these new looks are fashionable throughout the year, there’s just a little something about fall that has us reaching for these beauties, in particular.

With the onset of chillier days, you may start craving longer locks to keep you nice and toasty while out and about in the October breeze. Well, you’re in luck! Envy’s newest styles contain some of designer Alan Eaton’s longest looks, yet. Ramp up the glam with Wendi’s romantic curls, sass it up with Krista’s beachy waves, or add a bit of retro flair with Erica’s artfully feathered layers.

Are you more into the shoulder-skimming look? No worries, we’ve got all you mid-length ladies covered. Emma’s face-framing lob is ready to hit the town with her expertly styled waves, while Harmony’s long, side-swept bangs really highlight a woman’s eyes and cheekbones. And then comes Jolie with her eyebrow-skimming fringe and sassy, flipped layers. Each style is a guaranteed show-stopper!

Finally come Envy’s newest styles in the shorter lengths—perfect for pairing with a cozy scarf draped around your neck. Gia and Jordan hit right at the jawline to frame the face perfectly, while Isabella’s bouncy curls give you volume galore. Then comes London, with her ever-classy, sleek angled bob.

Maybe you don’t want to change up your look entirely, but just want to give it a bit of oomph? Envy has you covered there, too—literally! Our brand new Toppers add volume and coverage to your current ’do and feature a monofilament construction for more natural movement. Rock some autumn-inspired length with the Long Topper, add a bit of texture with the Layered or Spiky Toppers, or opt for lush layers with the Bob or Wedge Toppers.

Words of Wigdom
The secret to a perfectly natural look is a slightly imperfect part, says Designer and CEO, Alan Eaton. “Gently reposition strands along the part line or snip a few wispy pieces using manicure scissors—AND some restraint—for a slightly messy part that looks all your own.”

“Throughout my 20-year career, women’s comfort has always been at the top of my mind,” says Designer and CEO, Alan Eaton, whose Stretch Cap Technology hugs the perimeter while eliminating pressure points for maximum comfort.”

For first-time wig wearers, “The trick is to stay close to the color of your eyebrows,” notes Designer and CEO, Alan Eaton. If not, “then consider dyeing your eyebrows to match your chosen wig color.”

Words of Wigdom™
“Few people know that wigs can be styled just like natural hair—and that most hairstylists are happy to give your wig a custom cut,” says Designer and CEO, Alan Eaton. “Trimming bangs and shaping to your exact specifications can help make your wig indecipherable from your own natural hair.”

“The “Grey Hair, Don’t Care” trend—which saw women embracing their grey—is stronger than ever. And not just with the over-50 crowd. “Silver is chic, edgy and looks great on almost anyone,” says Designer and CEO, Alan Eaton, who offers nearly every EnvyHair™ and synthetic style in 3 multi-dimensional grey shades.”
