ENVY by Alan Eaton’s prices are effective for all orders received as of August 1, 2022 and are subject to change without notice.

Terms are quoted as NET C.O.D. F.O.B. Indianapolis. Unless otherwise requested by you, all orders will be shipped via UPS. All shipping and C.O.D. charges are your responsibility. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Unless ENVY by Alan Eaton receives written notice of non-receipt of merchandise, for accounts with terms, within 10 days of invoice date, the shipment will be presumed received, and no claim for non-receipt will be accepted.

ENVY does not accept returns but will exchange an item for another of equal value. Any account that refuses an order will be charged all freight charges plus a $10 re-stocking fee.

There will be NO charge for approved exchanges. However, freight charges are your responsibility. Exchanges requested and approved after 10 business days of your receipt will be subject to a $5 per piece re-stocking fee.

There will be a $35 service charge for checks that are returned unpaid for any reason.
No minimum order required.
