Important Updates for 2024

 

We’re taking a big leap forward to improve our services and make your experience even better. We’ve carefully planned and considered and are thrilled to announce that we’re implementing Netsuite. This step will streamline our operations and ensure we can serve your needs more effectively.

We go live on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. As we enter this exciting phase, we appreciate your cooperation and support in key areas to ensure a smooth transition:

1) Online Shopping: Our online ordering will be unavailable from December 29th at 3:00 pm until January 16th at 9:00 am EST. Please contact your sales rep during this time to place orders.

2) Online Order Payment: Payment for online orders will no longer take place at the point of sale. Upon receiving your online order in our system, you’ll be sent an invoice via email for payment to pay online. Alternatively, you can still contact your sales representative directly to make payment.

3) Credit Card Verification: To ensure security, we cannot automatically transfer your credit card details from the old system to the new one. When you place your first order in the new system, your sales rep will work with you to get your current credit card and billing address. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in making this process as secure as possible.

4) COD: We will no longer accept COD as a form of payment for orders. We will now offer ACH as a form of payment, which is less expensive and more secure.

5) Packing Slips: Shipments will now include a packing slip with the items enclosed in your order, streamlining unpacking and inventory management for you.
